A few questions to take with you

Reflection can be simple. Use these prompts before or after a session, and leave aside anything that does not feel relevant.

Before your session

What has been taking up space in my thoughts? What would I like to understand more clearly? What am I comfortable discussing today? A few words are enough. You can keep your notes private or use them to begin the conversation.

After the conversation

What stood out to me? Was there an idea I would like to question or explore further? What felt useful, and what did not? Your own perspective matters; you do not have to agree with every interpretation.

Choose one small next step

Is there a question I want to revisit, a conversation I want to have, or a little more time I want to give myself? Choose something within your control. A reflective session need not lead to immediate action.

Return when it is useful

Revisit your notes later and notice whether your perspective has changed. If you want another conversation, request a follow-up and mention what you would like to explore. Share only what you feel comfortable sending through the form.
