Session guide

Your first session, without the guesswork

A session begins with a conversation. You can arrive curious, unsure, or with a question you have been carrying.

Start with what matters to you

Write down one or two things you would like to explore. An open question such as ‘What would I like to understand about this decision?’ can be a useful starting point. You do not need a polished intention or previous experience with the practice.

Know what you are choosing

Read the service description, duration, and format before requesting. A tarot reading is a reflective conversation; coaching focuses on goals and action. If the distinctions are unclear, use the session finder or choose ‘Help me choose’ in your request. Confirm the price, timing, and cancellation terms before agreeing to a session.

Your comfort is part of the conversation

You decide what to share. Ask how a session works, say when a question does not feel useful, and request a pause when needed. These sessions are supportive and exploratory; they do not replace medical or mental health care.

Leave room afterwards

Keep a little unhurried time after your session if you can. Note an idea or question you want to revisit. There is no requirement to make a major decision or act immediately.
